How do my customers redeem an offer?

Depending on what reward type you give your customer, it will change how they redeem that offer. You can see a complete overview of each reward type below:
- Amount (UK only) - Offers will be linked to your customer's existing debit/credit card. When they redeem the offer, they can use their card as usual at your physical or online store and will see the transaction recorded in their wallet.
- Cashback (UK only) - Offers will be linked to your customer's existing debit/credit card. When they choose to redeem the offer, they can use their card as usual at your physical or online store and will see the transaction recorded in their wallet.
- Coupons - They can be redeemed by clicking the Redeem button. Your customer will then be redirected to your website to enter the coupon code OR show it to a staff member if they redeem it at your physical store.
- Major Prize - These will be redeemed directly with you! This location can be stated in the campaign description.
