If my customers have any questions, how do they get support?

If your customers have questions regarding the XRii software, they can contact us directly through the applications or our social channels, Helpdesk or our Live chat! You will be cc'd in all communication that we have with your customers.

We deal with your customers' enquiries as a matter of priority! If you want to keep the communication between you and your customers, XRii can automatically forward any communication from your customers to your support team. We can then assist you with the replies if required.
