Why do I need sponsor consent?

If you are located in the UK and are looking to add a sponsor, you also have the option to add their merchant ID so their customers can have a fantastic redemption experience. If you choose to do this, you will need to get their consent before you can create any campaigns. Once you finish adding them, XRii will automatically email them to Accept or Decline the request.

You can Add a Sponsor by following the below steps:

1. Go to Manage campaigns
2. Click Create campaign
3. Select Promote a sponsor
4. Click Add a sponsor
5. Fill in all the required fields (sponsor, user details, merchant ID and locations)
6. Click Next, and then your sponsor will be in a Pending Consent status

We will notify you once your sponsor Accepts or Declines your request.
